EVOLUTION OF LATE-TYPE GALAXIES OF ABELL 1367 We are carrying out a programme of CO and interferometric HI observations in the central region of the nearby (z = 0.02) galaxy cluster Abell 1367. Abell 1367 is a dynamically young cluster with its SE and NW subclusters having begun merging ~1.8Gyrs ago. In this talk I will briefly describe, for late-type galaxies in the central region of the cluster, the results of our initial VLA observations, HI data from the AGES single dish (Arecibo) HI survey and preliminary CO results (IRAM 30m). Overall our aim is to better understand the processes driving the evolution of late-type galaxies in the cluster environment.
