Some selected Galaxy Clusters in the Nearby Universe

The links below give access to the information about dozens of nearby galaxy clusters, separated by the superclusters they are hosted in or in the list of ACO IDs.

Each supercluster page gives the cluster distribution charts and a table with the following information:

• Cluster name;
• A chart with the distribution of member galaxies;
• A chart with the projected density in the region;
• The DSS image with the RASS low-resolution contour map (when detectable, green dashed circle represents 0.5 Mpc at the distance of the cluster);
• An image with the Central Dominant Galaxy (CDG) or the Substrucure Dominant Galaxy (SDG) and a zoom of the RASS low-resolution contour map (when detectable);
• The name of the CDG/SDG;
• The type of the cluster: (U) unimodal, (L) low-mass unimodal, (P) with low-significance substructures, (S) substructured, (M) multimodal, (s) substructure;
• RA and Dec (J2000) sky coordinates of the CDG/SDG, in degrees;
• The mean redshift of the cluster.
